FAQ's
The NxN targets the smallest form factor spacecraft being Cubesats, it occupies a standard 0.5U size in the range of 50mm x 100mm x 100mm. The 4 holes in the corners allow for mounting with the copper side expected to be used for heat dissipation. A bolt pattern for an easily-attachable thermal interface solution is included in the module design.
Yes, the SOMs are interchangeable, note that the “Super” mode is only available on the NX.
Absolutely! We make a number of cubesat compatible radiators for various spacecraft bus manufacturers.
The expansion connector can be utilized in addition to a PC-104 Expansion Module adapter for your specific bus manufacturer.
Additional expansion modules include a PC104 Adapter, PCIe Full Sized Expansion Module, RT PolarFire FPGA Expansion Module, OBC Expansion Module (VectorNav VN310 IMU + Novatel OEM7 GPS), SDR Expansion Module (Epiq Sidekiq Stretch + DVB-S2X IP Core + Power Amplifier) and many more. Compatible Radiator Expansion Modules for Spacecraft are offered (For CubeSats only, with various external view factors).
